Website Advertising:
A limited number of opportunities are
available for your company to advertise
on the Showcase for Commerce web site
for one year (January 1 - December 31,
2010) at the rate of $2,000 per company.
Program Advertising:
The event program will once again be a 8
1/2" high by 3 1/2" wide full-color
booklet. Ads are available in the
following sizes:
Full Page Program Ad
8 1/2" high x 3 1/2" wide full color ad
- $750
8 1/2" high x 3 1/2" wide black and
white ad - $500
Half-Page Program Ad
4 1/4" high x 3 1/2" wide full color ad
- $450
4 1/4" high x 3 1/2" wide black and
white ad - $300
Quarter Page Program Ad
2 1/8" high x 3 1/2" wide full color ad
- $300
2 1/8" high x 3 1/2" wide black and
white ad - $200
The advertising submission deadline is
April 9, 2010.

All ads must be camera-ready. Please pay
special attention to the size of the ad
you are purchasing. Ads submitted in the
incorrect size will not be accepted. We
cannot resize or design your ad.
Please also note that ads are not
retained from previous years for reuse.
PDF files are preferred, but other
formats may be acceptable. Contact
Debra Orner for details. All
deadlines are firm and cannot be
extended. Ads submitted after the
deadline will not be accepted.
